Citroen C1 (05 - 14)

The C1 is the car that goes back to basics for Citroen, since they’ve been concentrating more on sporty and luxurious models in recent years. It is a nimble little car and has the sporty looks to boot. The C1 is a very exciting car to drive, thanks to the superb handling, fantastic road grip and nippy little petrol engines. However, if you’re interested in carting passengers around, this is not recommended as it is not the most practical car around. Space in the cabin is very limited, you will fit two passengers in the back but it won’t be comfortable. Available in just one 1.0 litre engine, capable of pushing out only 68bhp, and with a top speed of 98mph, it would be better suited for whizzing around town. The fuel economy is hugely impressive, returning around 61 miles to the gallon.
